Dear Sir/Madam, I’m a household investor I support rule changes that will make PFOF and internalization of trades illegal. I long for the day where competition is brought back to the trading landscape because today it does not exist. Today, very little of household’s trades are executed on the lit exchanges. Rather, the majority of the flow is given to only two wholesalers. We need fairness for everyone and it is imperative that transparency and efficiency through open auctions or other proposals from “we the investors”. Please provide me the opportunity to have a fair opportunity for my hard earned money to have a fair chance in realizing what fair competition really is. Thank you for your time, Brian Sayer
