Hello,

I have just read the comment letter submitted by We The Investors, and
could not say the same thing any better than they already have, so I
just wish to add myself to the numbers of people in support of the
comments in that letter.

Off-exchange transactions need to be minimized, price discovery needs to
be fixed and this is a key ingredient in the process.
