I am writing this letter as a retail investor concerned with how my shares are traded by market makers abusing the system with Fail to delivers and naked shorting of stock as well as off exchange practices that keep my stocks from true price discovery!!!(Darkpools)!!! I am sick of the manipulation in the stock market by the wealthy and powerful ! When will the little guy be treated fair?!!!!
