Dear Sir or Madam, as an individual investor, aka a retail investor, it disturbs me that market makers can internalize trades or send them to dark pools. Thereby controlling price movement. Sending sells to regular exchange, and buys to dark pools, or vice versa. This implies there is no real price discovery. It's time to level the playing field.
