Hi SEC, Thank you for taking my comment. Off-Exchange trading has no place in a fair and transparent market. The only benefit off-exchange trading, aka Dark Pools, is to the market makers currently profiting off of the backs of investors like me. Dark Pools, off-exchange trading, out of control FTDs, naked shorting: These are all things we are well aware that happen; and it all needs to STOP. Thank you for your continued efforts to keep our markets fair and transparent, however we have a lot of work to do before I consider our markets either.
