To whom it may concern, I support the new rule that states that Citadel cannot be the first to receive orders,]\\ and that orders must go to a public auction where everyone has an equal opportunity to fill the order. Payment for order flow has been effectively banned in the UK, and the US should do some similarly. Payment for order flow does not provide price improvement. Ensuring competition is essential for a free and fair market. Sincerely, Chris
