To Whom It may concern, I am writing to encourage you to implement this rule as a concerned investor in our markets. Similar to how many social media corporations offer their product to consumers for free while capitalizing on our personal information and selling it to advertisers, I am concerned that this is happening in our markets. I would gladly pay a commission to avoid having my trades routed through a wholesaler. I feel that these wholesalers speak as though they are acting in the best interest of individual household investors, when in reality they are profiting greatly, and our trades are internalized and rarely see the light of day. In the interest of fairness and transparency, I hope that you will implement this rule as soon as possible. Sincerely, Erik Olsen
