Dear Ms. Countryman, As a retail investor in US markets, I applaud the commissions efforts to increase transparency, competition and equality across trading. We still have a long way to go to see this through, but we are headed in the right direction. I support the proposed Order Competition Rule S7-31-22. Our markets are built on direct competition, and in the current market structure that competition is a farce for household investors like myself. With market orders routed off exchange to wholesalers, they are never exposed to fair or free markets to make real price impact. I support the proposed rules to guarantee exposure of retail orders to competition, and commend the commission on their efforts to right this unfair structure we see today Thank you for your time, DE
