March 18, 2023 I fully support for the rule. There must be major improvements to enforcement such as high penalties. It is extremely important that this passes quickly, and without any delays. It is time to end the monopoly-like control wholesalers have. It is way passed time, but this is our moment now to do the right thing. Increased competition is good and will give us more fair markets. PASS THIS RULE
