March 18, 2023 I am commenting in full support of this rule. It is hard to imagine that our financial markets are free and fair, and that there is true price discovery, when so much order flow doesn't ever see the light of day on a lit exchange. Trade should take place on the lit market with every other market participant, where all can compete freely and fairly. I feel that this proposed rule will do a lot to regain confidence in our equities markets among the American people and those across the world.
