March 18, 2023 As a household investor that cares about fair, transparent markets - as they should be - I make my desire known. I fully support this rule. The sooner it is implemented, the sooner we are a step closer to the way most average people think that the market works and the way they should work. I think it is imperative that bad actor broker-dealers lose their licenses instead of receiving impotent fines that do nothing to counter nor deter the gains made by nefarious actions. Please do the right thing by the people that need protecting most, and implement this rule. Thank you.
