I support this rule and feel that it should be implemented as soon as possible. I do not believe that there should be a middle man or wholesaler for routing orders. Instead, orders should go first to a lit market to avoid unnecessary complexity and to also keep wholesales (such as Citadel) that would otherwise first receive orders from having an unfair advantage in information when compared to other market participants.
This rule, and all others by the SEC, should have stiff fines and penalties so that bad actors cannot simply factor them in as a simple \"cost of doing business.\"
