As a retail investor I strongly support this initiative. I believe it is a step in the right direction to more fair and transparent markets. In addition, I wholeheartedly disagree with comments made by Market Makers like Citadel and Virtu that this rule will cause untold harm. They are well aware the only actual harm it will cause is to their profit margins. It is the SEC's duty to protect retail investors, not trading firm's profits, and this rule being enacted does just that. Jonathan
