My name is Alex Debruyne from Belgium.

I am invested in NASDAQ and NYSE.

I fully support this new proposal with one exception:

My orders should NEVER go to a Marketmaker (eg Citadel in casu) but
straight to broker and lit market,

EVEN if that would be costlier.

I prefer REAL price-discovery over manipulation.

I deeply hate the manipulation of a wholesaler who reroutes/keeps orders
behind/frontruns my orders.


This should have never been tolerated in the first place.
