I fully support Order Competition Rule, File No. S7-31-22, Release No.34-96495. There should never be a middle man or a wholesaler that can manipulate my orders as a household/individual investor. All investors should have the same exact opportunity to have their orders routed through a public exchange without having their data stolen and used against them. Passing this rule would allow for a more fair and transparent market. All orders should pass through a lit market, and no orders should be taking place off-exchange.
