To the Team at the SEC: I am writing as an individual household investor and want to express my unwavering support for Order Competition Rule, File No. S7-31-22, Release No.34-96495. It has been long overdue for more competition to enter the market for household orders and to put an end to the internalization of orders without putting them out to market first. I have taken untold losses and missed opportunities in the financial markets due to lack of competition and being held back by payment for order flow orders and market makers such as Citadel internalizing any potential pricing discovery to pad their own wallets. When Citadel is against a rule proposal by the SEC. Chances are you’re going in the right direction. Thank you for trying to look out for individuals and household investors with this rule proposal.
