Hey guys! Hey single nerd historian doing a paper on this one obscure ruling. Also to the SEC, if you guys "lose" this comment as well, I'll just spam you with 15 more emails so you get the picture. Pass this rule! It saves consumers billions, it makes "dark pool" which should be illegal honestly, transparent. If you make dark pools transparent, then it'll probably make them illegal once their true impact is realized. Fines for illegal activities for brokers should probably be replaced with losing their lisence since it's now just a write off cost of business. Seriously, when it gets to that point, it transforms into straight up corruption. Let's see... competition good, monopoly bad. How hard can we make this.... Middlemen bad, direct competition good. Yes I'll pay more in a heartbeat to avoid middlemen if that's what it takes, because all middlemen are there to make money, and I'll make more in the long run removing them. So in the end, pass this rule. It's a big deal and I'd like to see it move forward as is.
