I support regulations that seek to protect the integrity, credibility, and function of our markets.

I fully support this rule. Please implement it as soon as possible.

Rules are only as good as the enforcement that backs it. I want to see more severe fines and punishment for those that seek to undermine these protective regulations. Some broker dealers should straight up lose the licenses instead of paying a simple fine and taking off with ill-gotten gains.

Our markets are unnecessarily complex, allowing a profound advantage to some market participants who benefit from this complexity. The commission should address this unfair advantage by having brokers first route to an auction and specify where orders go if the auction is unsuccessful.

Competition is good.

Monopolies are bad. And there are clear monopolistic behaviors here. This regulation makes clear headway in addressing that problem.

Thank you.
