Thank you for taking the time to hear from the people. My name is Asa evergreen and pray you are having all a great day. I can not describe the joy it brings me that this is even brought up. The thought that we can change the course of history while bringing it a great amount of healthy competition to our markets blows me away. I personally believe that by imposing this rule could help millions of people be vastly more interested in/ more faith in the US stock market bringing in more money for our country as a whole.
