Order Competition Rule, File No. S7-31-22, Release No.34-96495 I am an investor in the US who has only known and seen the corruption and gamification of our economy and markets since I was a child. I support this rule change and the implications for how it will make our system more transparent and accessible for everyday people like myself and the vast majority of our population. Citadel opposes this rule as they have every other rule that attempts to curb Payment For Order Flow (PFOF) as it is the main way they are able to control and manipulate stocks and other securities to further their own short-term profits. I am cautiously putting my trust in the SEC and our federal government to take a stand against those who would put our economy in jeopardy just to further proliferate themselves and their wealth. I appreciate you taking the time to read my comment and beg you to consider it, myself, and all the others who are tired of the imbalance that has infected our country for far too long.
