Good morning! I am a household investor living in Wisconsin, writing about the order competition rule mentioned in the title. Overall I am heartily in favor of the rule; my comments are as follows: - I appreciate the attempts to bring transparency to ATFs and allow better price discovery - I am pleased that this will bring more competition to bear against the dominant market participants - I believe that orders should be routed to the auction by brokers before going to a market maker, to ensure equal access to information by participants in the auction - I am excited that this could bring greater price improvement than current market structure Best, - Alexander Galas
