March 7, 2023 As a household investor I support this rule. Chair Gensler has stated many times that the playing field is skewed to the advantage of financial institutions. Rules like these are a step in the right direction. Citadel, Schwab and the NYSE wouldn't be lobbying for less effective rules if it didn't take away their current advantages.
