March 7, 2023 As a household investor, I support the propsed rule changes to order competition. No trades should be done in the dark or off-exchange, this is an outrageously one-sided \"feature\" of our current system that enables incredible amounts of abuse and what ultimately amounts to theft. Competition is the heart of American markets however the entities that oppose these proposed changes only seek to consolidate power, they do not seek competition. They wish to continue to steal from us in the dark. Please enact these proposed rule changes to start to level the playing field against financial terrorists like Citadel and Virtu.
