March 6, 2023 I have concerns about internalization of retail orders on large scales. I do not believe retail or individual investors are currently able to receive the best price and execution of their orders in the present system. In my opinion, one of the major potential contributing factors is internalization of orders. I feel that exposing orders to market competition enhances the likelihood of price discovery and the potential benefits of this proposed rule outweigh the negative impacts suggested by institutional opponents of the rule.
