I support this proposal as a first step in correcting the inequities and lack of transparency that exists in the stock market. In addition, the SEC needs more effective enforcement of the current rules. When enforcement occurs years after the violation and the associated fines are immaterial as compared to the profits made from the violation, the fines are simply a cost of doing business. There is no reason to not break the rules. Until the SEC holds market participants accountable in a way that is meaningful and material, very little will change. Thank you.
