March 4, 2023 As a household investor putting my own hard earned money into this completely fraudulent market, I support this rule for order competition. Household investors' orders are not reaching the lit exchanges. Our \"investments\" are getting scammed in so many ways through high frequency trading, front running, PFOF, algorithms, internalization, naked shorting, fail to delivers.
