Im an international retail investor who invests in American markets, I know this rule is in retails best interest. I and all retail investors want a market place that is fair, transparent and has proper competition so retail gets best pricing and execution. Were all tired of markets makers that have a monopoly on retail orders working against us. Its time for a fair and transparent market place with true price discovery and true record keeping. I support this rule.
