Can a FAIR and PUBLICLY traded market allow certain trades to be internalized or hidden in dark pools?
I think not.
Can it allow payment for order flow?
I think not.
In an era of instant communication, should an electronic order FAIL to be delivered or take LONGER than an hour to settle?
I think not.
Should it take YEARS to fix these problems?
I think not.
Should all orders be visible so the price can be equally and fairly determined by all?
I think so.
Are market makers and broker-dealers given an unfair advantage when they can select which trades to show or hide?
I think so.
Should the laws of supply and demand determine the price?
I think so.
