I am in support of this rule being implemented to force broker/dealers to allow orders to bid on the open market before they can internalize them. I also support banning payment for order flow to allow for true price discovery and reduce the chance for conflicts of interest from broker/dealers who also run hedge funds. Please implement this rule with strict oversight and transparency.
