February 24, 2023 Dear SEC, I hope you're having a fantastic day As a retail trader, I wanted to take a moment to voice my support for the proposed new rule on order competition. First off, let me just say that I love a good competition. It's like when my siblings and I race to see who can finish their vegetables first (spoiler alert: I always win). And who doesn't love a good auction? I mean, have you seen those antique shows on TV? They're always hollering out numbers and people are waving their hands like crazy. It's like a real-life game of musical chairs. Now, back to the proposed rule. I think it's a great idea to give everyone a fair chance to compete and offer a better price. It's like when I was selling lemonade on the street corner and my neighbor tried to undercut my prices. Not cool, man. But with this new rule, we can all play fair and square. I also appreciate the new words you've come up with to explain the rule. It's like learning a new language, but way more fun. I can't wait to use phrases like \"restricted competition trading center\" and \"qualified auction operated by an open competition trading center\" at my next family dinner. In conclusion, I fully support this new rule on order competition. It's like the stock market version of a race with fair rules and lots of cheering (and maybe a few snacks). Thanks for taking the time to listen to my opinion. Sincerely, Julio Tello
