February 24, 2023 Internal execution of orders damages price discovery, keeps markets opaque, and eliminates the buying/selling power of retail investors in favor of insiders. I feel there should simply be no exceptions to the proposed prohibition the fact this has been allowed in the first place is disappointing, to say the least.
