Hello, I strongly support the Order Competition Rule to revise and level the playing field for individual investors. Currently, the NMS is structured with major advantages for broker-dealers and market makers. They are able to internalize over 90% of market orders and this is a recipe for large levels of price manipulation without consequence. There are thousands of cases of this happening every day with billions upon billions of dollars stolen from individual investors. This has gone on for far too long.
