Dear SEC, Order reselling/routing and wholesaling should be completely banned as it creates a direct conflict of interest. Special privileges afforded to anointed institutions within the financial markets undermine the integrity of the entire system and these proposed rule changes reduce these unfair effects. I am writing in support of these proposed rules because they will make the markets a more level playing for household investors when compared to institutions who can play by different rules. There's a long way to go, but this is a good start! -Rolando
