To Whom it May Concern,

I'm an individual investor. I don't have much. I work 6 days a week to pay my bills/taxes and support myself. What little I have left over I invest.
I am the person institutions steal from. Every. Single. Day.
I am the person without whom the ponzi scheme of Wall Street would fail. The person that gives meaning to being rich, because I am the poor.

I'm writing to you today to keep a record of my support of the newlu proposed rules S7-29-22, S7-30-22, S7-31-22 and S7-32-22. These rules represent a stepping stone towards progress in breaking up the monopolistic ponzi scheme of a system wall street has built to defraud the world.

They are not perfect by any means, lacking any solutions to the rampant FTD and naked shorting issues, nor bolstering the SEC/DoJ's defenses with which to protect retail from said issues. But every little bit counts.

As an individual investor, my role in the stock market, or any financial market, is that of the youngest brother. My oldest brother, the institutions and Prime Brokers, are playing the game. My controller isn't even plugged in.
I get to watch, and they pretend like I'm helping or hindering their game play... but I'm not even on the screen.

Like so many other monopolies in our society today, the stock market is running under the illusion of freedom and regulation. The East Palestine, Ohio train derailment and subsequent pollution of 15% of all American drinking water has pretty conclusively proven that is not the case.

I'm not smart enough, well-informed enough, or eloquent enough to produce a detailed or highly influential comment to these rules. I rely on others teaching me what they mean, due to lack of time and commitment. But while I cannot tell you what these rules really mean, what I can tell you is that there are millions of other investors out there like me.
Million of men and women are sick and tired of these games, or the lies and the illusion of choice in their every day lives. Something has to change, before our societies collapse under the burden.

Thank you for taking the time to review this comment. Once again, I fully support the proposed rules.

Deepest of regards,

Benjamin Passlow,
