To Whom it may concern,
I support the adoption of S7-31-22. Brokers have internalized individual investor trades for far too long. There's a reason they call them 'dark pools', because they lack transparency to the benefit of everyone but the individual investor. This new rule would help bring honesty and transparency to this part of the market.
I encourage and support the SEC adopting S7-31-22, thank you for your time.
