February 22, 2023 Allowing transactions to be routed to dark pools with no regulation hurts American investors, foreign investors, and greatly damages how investors choose to participate in American markets, if at all. If the price of securities can be manipulated with impunity, trust in the market, its contributors, and its regulatory bodies will be lost. Transparency is what investors are looking for and we're seeing that with emerging markets. Adapt or collapse.
