February 23, 2023 Price discovery is vital to any market and the fact that currently a large quantity of orders are automatically excluded from participating is unacceptable. The proposed rule helps promote true price discovery with minimal burden to participants in the market. Everyone wins. I support proposed rule S7-31-22 wholeheartedly.
