February 2, 2023 Regarding S7-31-22, I don't want my orders going anywhere except to the LIT market. Orders going to OTC do not produce true price discovery. Please look out for retail investors and the companies they invest in. Any rule that deters true price discovery is just manipulation. We can do better. Thank you
