Hi,
I think this and the other 3 new rules will provide a great overhaul to current markets. They are a step in the right direction with too many market makers abusing their powers and internalising trades.
I think to make trades even more competitive - there needs to be more rules on which trades can be sent to dark pools, should be more stringent on FTDs and also what can be used for locates - options and crypto tokens should not be valid and shares should only be valid. There is no reason why T+2 shouldnt be reduced.
