Dear SEC,
I am writing to voice my support for an increase in transparency and fines for bad actors in the financial markets. Like I said in my comment on 34-96496, this proposal is close to what I am looking for but it is not enough Keep going Again, please make sure that failing to adhere to these rules cannot be ignored and left as a cost of doing business. What happens when a company finds that the cost of ignoring this rule is more profitable than the fines? They steal from retail, the government takes its cut and no real change happens.
Dark pools and similar hidden routing of orders should never have existed. Please make sure the new rules you are passing have enough consequences to make them matter.
