   Submitting Comments on S7-31-22
Order Competition Rule

  As an Individual Investor, I do not have the most faith that my orders are getting the best execution as much as getting the fastest execution.. as per certain Market Making practices with brokers, engaging in PFOF.

I am in Favor of the Proposed Rule above.


I believe that more competitive practices between market participants while prioritizing Investors will lead to robust, healthy, more transparent markets.

We as Americans have a history of breaking up of Monopolies and spurring growth through our competitive markets.
