December 29, 2022 One of the most important things to myself and many other retail investors is knowing that OUR trades actually impact the NBBO and execute on-exchange. This rule change would go a long way to making that happen and is desperately needed in a financial system that needs more transparency to gain the trust of retail investors like myself that keep feeling like the deck is stacked against us and in favor of large institutions that can execute trades in ways I personally cannot.
