December 29, 2022 Thank you for addressing this serious issue that effects individual retail traders. As stated, 90% of retail orders are directed to off exchange entities. This does not allow for true price discovery and does not allow for a true supply and demand market. I stand in complete agreement with the proposed change and encourage the SEC to continue investigating ways to make the market as fair and transparent for all that choose to invest.
