December 28, 2022 Dear SEC, I am very much in favor of proposal S7-31-22. Forcing retail orders to an open auction can only benefit the markets and it's security. Currently retail orders are bought wholesale by Market Makers. From there they route the orders to dark pools where they can suppress real price discovery. Thank you
