December 27, 2022 Pass these rules. Its frightening to me that these HFT firms are even allowed to touch pension fund money. I understand the importance of dark pool trading used for institutions but the PFOF firms are using dark pools to manipulate share prices. Its honestly embarrassing that the US market has come to this. Thank you.
