Dear Chairman Gensler, I am writing to you as an international retail investor to give my APPROVAL for the rule proposal to ensure competitive order pricing is brought to the lit exchange for retail orders. This rule along with the other 3 rules I will be commenting in favour of will greatly improve the transparency of the US markets and bolster retail's waning trust in them. I look forward to seeing the US markets become more transparent, fairer and give retail investors a much more level playing field to invest in their futures. I'm sure these rules along with more severe punishment for those who break them will ensure this. Kind regards, Mr Lambden
