December 26, 2022 I support the SECs proposed rule (File No. S7-31-22). Increased competition will benefit the individual investor, prevent unfair advantages enjoyed by a small minority, and create a more competitive market, which a majority of investors would applaud. Competition benefits both the buyer and seller and prevents distortions of price by exposing it to the whole market. This rule would be a much welcomed change to the market. Retail investors are screaming for change.
