I am commenting to voice my support for the proposed rule change. I am of the opinion that the proposed rule change will promote greater transparency and competitive pricing for retail investors in the market while simultaneously leveling an asymmetrical, financial advantage to brokers and wholesalers who are making money at the expense of retail traders. As a retail trader, I approve of the proposed rule change.
