December 26, 2022 I agree with the proposed amendments. I believe that the ability to internalize orders can prevent trades from being sent to the tape, and therefore the price of the underlying security doesn't accurately reflect buying or selling. Putting retail trades to auction prevents this unfair internalization. I believe this will be a benefit to market structure.
