December 26, 2022 To whom it concerns, I am commenting today on S7-31-22 Order Competition Rule because I think it will help the markets operate more fairly for everyone by eliminating advantages to bigger market participants. These advantages are not offered to all investors and this would make the markets more trusted. Competition for orderflow is what makes the markets. Sending over 90% of retail trades to dark pools doesn't let the market dictate a proper share price. Any rule that would keep my government from having to bail out hedgefunds with taxpayers pension funds is a yes for me. These bad actors are directly affecting the market caps of the companies I invested in and have fully withdrawn my shares and directly registered everything I could in my own name on the companies books.
